RE: Your complaint about Police.

I refer to the above matter and your telephone call to this office on 26 November 1998 in relation to the same.

I note that an assessment of your complaint has been conducted by Mr Stephen Wilson of this office.  I also note that threw was no evidence found to substantiate your allegation of inappropriate police behaviour.  I understand Mr Wilson has written a letter to you advising you of his decision and that you are dissatisfied with that decision.

I am also aware that a conciliation meeting between you and the New South Wales Police Service which was to be facilitated by this Office, was cancelled at your request.

This office has a procedure by which decisions made by my staff may be reviewed.   However, I would need something from you in writing setting out your concerns and any evidence of other information you would like me to consider.
