Dear Mrs. Niland,

Re: SECOND REQUEST FOR FORMAL MEETING

It has been seven days since I wrote to you requesting a formal meeting. Refer to my letter of November 4 at 12:19 PM. I have had no reply from you or your office.

I feel concerned that it’s taking so long for you to contact me to arrange an appointment. I realise we are both busy professional people. This is not to be an excuse to avoid resolving outstanding issues. We are able to make time; we feel you should also.

I understand you wish to enter into conciliation. I suggest that we arrange a meeting for next week. I suggest that this meeting be held at our home. This will be an introductory meeting in order that you and I can enter into a communicative path allowing an unmediated process to commence.

I will further announce on the web site that I have yet again requested this meeting.

I hope you will work with me and help ensure the public perception is that we are in fact working together and that you in fact are not avoiding my family and me.

Feelings and emotions change and grow as time draws on, not always for the better. It is your only option to work to a resolution with my family.
