MEETING WITH NILAND SET UP

Finally, after much ado, we have a meeting with Carmel Niland.  And at my request, on her own territory.

My father has been working on this very diligently for about three weeks.  Calling the office and working his way through.  It's pretty clear that they weren't going to be able to avoid it for much longer and have evidently decided they had better get it over and done with.

If anyone has any issues they might like us to bring up, question or discuss, please send them to me in private email quickly.

Please don't send me any case specific requests that are not related to our case, but you can send me any other details.  I have researched the DoCS manuals with great detail and consider myself to be probably more knowledgeable about DoCS now, than many of their own staff.  Actually this is probably more factual as many of their staff have, when anonymous calls have been made to various offices, not been able to answer simple questions.

Looks like November is going to be a busy month.
