I've just received a fax from the DoCS office, from Pauline Rockley.

Very interesting comments.

Unfortunately I'll have to keep you all in suspense at this time. As the documents are still marked confidential.  I won't breach that confidence at this time.  Lets say whilst DoCS are cooperative.  If they become uncooperative, I'll have no hesitation in posting every fax, letter and document.

For now lets say the responses to my seven questions leads to an interesting future.

There are hints of "Legal Department" and "Union" in the response.   Hmm, make you wonder doesn't it.  Are things warm in the Department this week?

There are still unaddressed issues from my request, I'll wait to see if we get a response on those.

Oh and my request to obtain the raw data that is used to generate the weights charts:

"... I do not require that information myself, as we rely on medical advice and opinion in such matter's. You should be able to obtain this information from the Community health Centre at N..."

My only question is why the Health Centre in a Rural town would happen to have raw statistical information.  But I have to follow up, so they get a call tomorrow.
