On Tuesday 29 September 1998 at 2 PM on the steps of the New South Wales Parliment house, Mr and Mrs Adam Todd will be holding a press conference to answer any questions that may be raised from the Channel Seven screening of the story on Today Tonight at 6:30 PM today.

Mr. Todd will be announcing a proposal that should be Immediately Adopted by the Depratment of Community Services to avoid further incidents of Governmental Family Abuse and destruction.

The family is very distraught, even after seven days, stating that staff should be trained to be communicative and cooperative. DOCS staff should have the welfarew of the FAMILY in mind. Not their best case assumption of the welfare of the child - without any medical supervision.

Mr. Todd says "The NSW Government has an alwful lot to answer for. Not only from the DOCS behaviour but that of the police. It's not acceptable at all. We were lucky we are intelligent and controlled people. We probably would never have seen Our AJ again if we haded acted quickly and calmly."
