Things are starting to happen.

After a TV interview by Channel Ten News - Tim Collits - with Marina Voncina (Our Legal Counsel and the local Mayor,) I noticed a police car parked down the far side of the road.

Just after the Channel Ten crew left the Police arrived on my door step.

I didn't have my video camera handy this time, but had our Legal Counsel nearby and asked her to attend the door.

I actually stood behind her :)  It wasn't that I was scared, I just wasn't ready for yet another confrontation.

The District Superindentant asked if I was Adam and we said yes.

He then said that the Police had acted in their correct power but would be replacing the door and door frame and any damage caused.

He was fairly careful not to admit liability , but I personal feel anyone who turns up within an hour of me lodging calling the Customer Services (recorded on tape of course) section of the Police Department asking them to have the appropriate people TELEPHONE me because we aren't in a fit state to write letters and go through a long run about process, must surely be questioning the events.

We haven't finished with the police yet.  We are considering pressing charges of assult.  After all - it's clear as day on the video.

Suzanne wishes to press charges of attempted murder as the officer tried to strangle me at one stage.  It's going to be hard for the police to deny this - with a video tape of it happening.

We are WINNING.

But it's taking it's toll and only after three days my wife is in tears regularly.  She is very strong and very brave at other times.  Our collective thoughts are racing fast to make decisions.

Currently we are waiting for David Richardson and the Today Tonight team to arrive.  This is going to be very emotional Interview ...
